This website, forklift-simulator.com, is operated by FL-Simulators Inc., 4590 MacArthur Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92660, United States, and FL-Simulators Europe b.v., Uitbreidingstraat 10-16, 2600 Antwerp, Belgium (“Forklift Simulator”, “we”). What we collect
- Contact form: the details you enter (name, work email, company, country, and optionally state, industry, phone and message), plus your IP address and the time of submission for spam protection.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: if you allow them, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and HubSpot to understand how the site is used and to measure our campaigns.
- Chat: if you use the support chat (provided by HubSpot), the messages you send.
Why we use it
- To answer your request for a demo, pricing, advice or support (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
- To send you news and training tips, only if you opt in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website and measure marketing (consent, via the cookie banner).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our sales and support: our web host, HubSpot (CRM, chat and email), Google (analytics and advertising) and Microsoft (Clarity). Some of these providers process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@forklift-simulator.com. EU residents can also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in Belgium: the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données). California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA.
